Municipal sewage plant sludge pyrolysis and carbonization system

The 80% moisture content sludge from the municipal sewage treatment plant would be first conditioned and modified, then decreased to below 60% moisture by plate-frame filter press; then, the sludge is transported to the mud-cake silo, scattered and feeding into the dryer to further decrease the moisture content to less than 20%. Lastly, the sludge is transported to pyrolysis system for gasification and carbonization to get fuel gas for energy recovery and to produce the granular carbon which can be used as the covering and water-retaining brick materials.
