Application background

The reason of agricultural waste pollution is that biomass waste cannot be used efficiently and with high quality. JADE pyrolysis technology has made the breakthrough of the disadvantages of traditional pyrolysis technology, namely low calorific value of combustible gas and high tar content, which cannot be used efficiently. Our technology can supply high-quality syngas (12-15MJ/KG) for power generation or heating according to the customer's requirement. We can also provide high-quality bio-carbon for carbon-based fertilizer, steel plant covering agents, etc.


Process introduction

After primary crushing, biomass can be pyrolyzed in a pyrolysis furnace (no additional energy is required, fully energy-saving). According to customer demand to produce high calorific value non-tar syngas and/or high-value-added biochar. The flue gases generated in the process are emitted  after cooling, dedusting and denitrification to meet the emission standard.
