Application background

Small-scale domestic waste disposal of has been always as an environmental problem in rural areas or remote cities and towns. Traditional landfill disposal cannot meet sustainable development requirements, and the disposal scale needs to be up to the required amount of incineration. 

JADE waste pyrolysis furnace focuses on waste treatment's innocence and resource utilization. It produces high-value-added products such as oil, gas, and carbon, which can be used for small-scale internal combustion engine power generation, gas heating, bio-carbon building materials, and soil remediation without fly ash and dioxins, and the flue gas is easy to processed to meet the standard. Filling the gap of small-scale garbage treatment technology (20 - 500 tons/day), especially suitable for urban garbage treatment scale which cannot reach incineration scale, it can break through the bottleneck of small-tonnage (5 - 20 tons/day) pyrolysis gasifier (high investment per ton, high operation cost, severe secondary pollution).


Process introduction

After the domestic waste enters the plant area, when the moisture content is high, the biological drying treatment can be carried out first to reduce the moisture content. The separated dry waste with a high calorific value enters the pyrolysis carbonization system. During the pyrolysis carbonization process, the organic components with high calorific value are decomposed into gas, solid and liquid products mainly composed of pyrolytic gas, which produces carbides and pyrolytic gas. After purification, some of the pyrolysis gas is burned in the combustion furnace to produce high-temperature flue gas, which provides the heat source for the pyrolysis carbonization furnace. The resulting oil can be sold as a high-value-added product, and carbon residue can be used as a building material.
